England, Portugal, Ghana, Egypt and Paraguay all went through to the last 32 of the World Cup based on the results of other games on Friday.
Only Paraguay have already played all three of their group matches -- the other four countries still have a group game to play but are already assured of playing in the knockout round of this 48-team World Cup.
Those five teams have each reached four points, and thanks to results in Group H having shifted the qualifying threshold, that is now enough to guarantee progression.
This scenario is significant under the format of newly expanded 48-team World Cup, where the top two teams in each group and the eight best third-placed teams advance to the knockout stage.
Paraguay will now face Germany in the Round of 32, while Egypt, England, Ghana and Portugal's opponents will be determined by where they finish in their respective sections.
