A ten men Bangladesh beat Kuwait 1-0 in the AFC U-19 Football Group C qualifiers at the Francouse Al-Hareeri Stadium in Iraq yesterday.
Rubel scored the all important goal in the 66th minute of the match after Bangladesh were reduced to ten men when skipper Vincent Hemanta was sent off in the first half.
Bangladesh who lost to hosts Iraq 0-6 in their first match, will take on Pakistan in their last group match. tomorrow.
