Seven rebel women footballers who boycotted head coach Peter Butler were interviewed by the special committee formed by the Bangladesh Football Federation to look into the ongoing protest.
It was the second meeting of the committee took place at the BFF House Sunday.
The seven footballers out of total 18 who were interviewed are captain Sabina Khatun, Monika Chakma, Sanjida Akhter, Sheuli Azim, Matsushima Sumaya, Sathi Biswas and Mosammat Sagorika.
"We sent letters to 18 footballers (Saturday) that we want to sit. We talked to seven players today. We will talk to the rest (Monday)," Imrul Hasan, the chairman of the committee, told the media.
“It is an ongoing process. We will let you know in details after the end,” he added.
It was also mentioned that the committee is working based on only the letter sent to the BFF president by the protesting footballers where they put up a series of complaints against head coach Butler.
Committee’s chairman Imrul is hopeful that they can submit the reports by Thursday.
