The KSRM Football Tournament 2023 has reached a conclusion.
Earlier, the tournament was inaugurated by Salim Uddin, deputy managing director of KSRM Steel Plant Limited on August 15.
The final match took place Tuesday (August 22), between Marketing Vikings and MCD Warriors, following the group stage.
Marketing Vikings secured victory with a 1-0 win.
During the closing event, general manager Nazrul Alam said: "Such an event will create camaraderie and fraternity among colleagues working in KSRM. It will play a role in maintaining good relations between each other."
He emphasized the significance of organizing such tournaments among different industrial institutions, stating that it positively impacts employees' mental health.
He also mentioned KSRM's willingness to participate in future tournaments.
At the closing ceremony, Syed Nazrul Alam, general manager (HR & Administration) of KSRM, presented the championship trophy to the victorious team.
