Bangladesh names 32-man squad for Afghanistan friendlies, Bashundhara Kings Arena to host first ever international game

Bangladesh Football Federation Saturday announced the 32-member squad for the upcoming FIFA Tier 1 International Friendlies against Afghanistan, scheduled for September 4 and 7.

Bashundhara Kings Arena, the home of the Bangladesh Premier League champions, has been chosen as the venue for both the friendlies.

Players not involved in AFC club competitions have been asked to report to team manager Mohammad Amer Khan Sunday for the residential camp at Dhaka Regency Hotel and Resort.

Training will begin Monday evening at Bashundhara Kings Arena, which is preparing to host its first ever international game since the venue’s debut in February, 2022.

Players involved with Bashundhara Kings for AFC Asian Champions League will report this Friday while those involved with Abahani Limited for AFC Cup will follow suit two days later.
