Eighteen-year-old hyperactive and downright hilarious YouTuber Darren Watkins Jr, better known as IShowSpeed, has accomplished his lifelong dream Saturday night by meeting his idol, prominent footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
His entire career as a streamer was founded upon his undying love and admiration for this sports star.
Speed is the culprit of the infamous “Suiii” meme, an exemplification of Ronaldo's signature celebratory move.
The pursuit of a meeting with Ronaldo has been a long and ardent one for Watkins.
During a fateful livestream, with the assistance of Rafael Leao, his dream became a reality.
Overwhelmed with emotions, Speed dropped to his knees, revealing a tattoo he had gotten to honor Ronaldo's famous celebration.
He remained in a state of shock for several minutes after the encounter, but managed to compose himself long enough to capture a few precious photographs with his hero.

The YouTube community erupted in sheer excitement, flooding with messages of joy and celebrating alongside IShowSpeed.
The tweet of popular YouTuber IShowSpeed meeting Ronaldo broke the internet.
It got more traction than Manchester City's official treble winning post, such is the power of the internet.
A lifelong dream
IShowSpeed's adoration for the Portugal star can be witnessed in majority of his twitch streams.
Such as when he frequently visited the popular website, Omegle, impersonating Ronaldo, and thunderously praising his feats.
There, he would also spread his battle cry by yelling “suiii” in an exaggerated fashion in order to get a reaction out of the people he interacts.
Moreover, he would oddly "bark" at his fans if they uttered any semblance that they did not like CR7, or considered him the greatest man to ever walk this earth.
This peculiar behavior piqued the interest of many young adults and garnered a huge following on the entertainment scene, causing him to soar the charts in social media platforms.
Watkins went as far as tattooing Cristiano's face on his shoulder, truly symbolizing his devotion towards Cristiano.
His repeated attempts to watch the Football legend live went in vain as he traveled to Manchester in October 2022.
Despite attending several games, Watkins was unable to achieve his goal as the former Manchester United star had a falling out with the club.
All his efforts saw a silver lining when he went to spectate Cristiano debuting his first match of Al Nassr against Ettifaq, on January 22.
Speed flew all the way from Ohio to Dammam, a distance of around 11,000 km, simply to watch the match and somehow get acknowledged by his idol.
At long last, like man's first step on the moon, his dream was fulfilled.
The overwhelming display of emotions protrayed as Speed hugged and clinged to Ronaldo was nothing short of heartwarming.
The short 4-minute clip was weirdly inspirational, proving once again the cliché quote “you can achieve anything you put your mind and hard work into”.
