Bangladesh Football Federation president Kazi Salahuddin, one of the vice presidents Kazi Nabil Ahmed and general secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag have been included as members in different standing committees of the Asian Football Confederation from the period 2023-27.
Salahuddin was made a member of the AFC competitions committee alongside representatives from Australia, Japan, Korea Republic, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Myanmar, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
Nabil made his way into the AFC media and communications committee along with other members from Bahrain, China, Guam, Korea Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Qatar, Thailand and Uzbekistan.
Shohag meanwhile, was again made part of the AFC marketing committee.
Previously, Salahuddin served as a member of the Fifa technical committee, marketing and TV rights committee, AFC social responsibility committee and internal audit committee, while Nabil was a member of the AFC futsal and beach soccer committee.
