Brazilian striker Dorielton Gomez netted a double hat-trick on his debut for Bashundhara Kings as the Premier League champions hammered Fakirerpool Young Men's Club 14-0 in their Independence Cup 2022 opener Monday.

It was also the first official match for the Kings in the 2022-23 football season, which took place at Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Comilla.
