Bangladesh will be participating in the World Corporate Champions Cup Football 2022, organized by Fifco, which takes place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates this month.
Captained by Imranur Rahman, managing director of Laila Group and director of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Bangladesh placed in Group C alongside Nigeria, Lebanon and hosts UAE.
A total of 16 teams split into four groups are taking part in the competition.
Bangladesh kick off their campaign against Lebanon Friday before facing Nigeria on the same day.
They will conclude group fixtures against the Emiratis the following day.
A nine-member team from Bangladesh travelled to the UAE for this tournament.
