BD women thrash Indian Football Association XI

Ace striker Sabina Khatun slammed a hat-trick to guide visiting Bangladesh national women’s football team to a 6-1 victory over IFA XI at the Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata yesterday. Sabina found the net in the 21st, 45th and 50th minute while her attacking partner Aungmra Ching Marma scored two more goals in the 56th and 62nd minutes. The other goal was netted by midfielder Mirona. The consolation goal for the local team came in the 86th minute when Shoma slid one in. Bangladesh will play the next match today against the same opponent at Kalyani Stadium.
