Kazi Salahuddin, the Bangladesh Football Federation president, tested positive for Covid-19, according to a report received Wednesday, confirmed a media statement.
“The BFF president, who has reported mild symptoms, has immediately placed himself in self-isolation and will remain in quarantine at least for next few days,” added the statement from the federation.
The 66-year old former footballer superstar was not feeling well in the last few days which he admitted to the reporters as a reason behind him skipping the tour to Qatar.
