The Kazi Salahuddin-led Sammilito Parishad, or combined panel, continued to dominate the BFF Election 2020 as nine of its members found a place in the 15-member executive committee Saturday at Hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka.
Jakir Hossain Chowdhury (87 votes), Bijon Barua (85), Nurul Islam (84), Mahiuddin Ahmed Selim (84), Satyajit Das Rupu (76), Ilias Hossain (75), Imtiaz Hamid (74), Mahfuza Akter Kiron (70) and Harunur Rashid (70) from Sammilito were chosen for the executive committee.
Abdul Wadud Pintu (86), Arif Hossain Moon (85), Tipu Sultan (81), Amer Khan (69), Saiful Islam (69) and Mohidur Rahman Miraj meanwhile, made the Ex-Co list from Samannay.
Earlier, the combined panel swept all in its way as Salahuddin was re-elected president, Abdus Salam Murshedy senior vice president and Kazi Nabil Ahmed vice president.
To add to that, the other two elected first-time vice presidents – Imrul Hasan and Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan Manik - are also from Sammilito.
