Former star footballer Sheikh Mohammad Aslam along with his family members tested Covid-19 positive and taking treatment in their residence.
“All member of my house including me, my wife, younger daughter, mother-in-law and caretaker are affected by corona. We are taking treatment in our own house.” stated Aslam in his facebook status.
“Those who I met and came contact in last two weeks please be careful and consult with a doctor if any symptom is felt. I’m seeking blessing for the recovery of my family members.” the statement added.
Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) vice-president Mahiuddin Ahmed Mohi is also affected by coronavirus. Mohi is also director-in-charge of Brothers Union. The club’s manager Amer Khan informed that Mohi was admitted to BSMMU after he struggled to breath but his latest condition is improved.
Earlier, another former footballer Badal Roy also was tested Covid-19 positive but the BFF vice-president has already recovered from the virus.
