Women’s football starlets Sabina Khatun, Maria Manda and Akhi Khatun have joined awareness campaign to tackle the Covid-19 outbreak across the world together.
Sabina, the national team captain, defender Akhi Khatun and Maria, the U-16 captain and also senior team member, shared separate videos with common message for all.
“Please join all of us with the mission to break the chain. Coronavirus is spreading around the world. We must stop this together. Steps are simple – wash your hands, maintain social distance and stay home. Let’s do these to keep our families to keep our family and friends safe and healthy.”
The messages aiming for international audience was recorded at their respective houses or nearby open places as all kinds of sports activities are suspended for indefinite time.
