The fixtures of the Walton U-18 Football Tournament 2018-19, which was scheduled to begin Thursday, has been rescheduled and differed by a day to kick off Friday with the game between Saif Sporting Club and Nofel Sporting Club at Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka.
“Some clubs requested the BFF to defer the tournament so that they can take sufficient preparation. We also thought that it wouldn’t be bad if the tournament begins on a holiday,” explained BFF general secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag, informing that the final will be held on September 30.
