Bangladesh senior men’s football team head coach Jamie Day has expressed delight after his charges’ rise in the latest Fifa ranking.
The men in red and green are now 188th from their previous position of 192nd, thanks to their 1-0 victory over Cambodia in a Fifa international friendly on March 9 this year.
Bangladesh will now turn their attention to the 2022 Qatar World Cup pre-qualifiers, with the draw taking place on April 17.
