Morata moves to Atletico on loan
Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has joined Atletico Madrid on loan until the end of next season, the Spanish side said in a statement on Monday. Morata spend four seasons at Atletico's academy before signing for rivals Real Madrid. He also played for Juventus before joining Chelsea in July 2017 and scored 24 goals in 72 appearances for the London club.

Robben mulling Tokyo move after Bayern exit
Superstar Dutch winger Arjen Robben is lining up a move to J-League outfit FC Tokyo after he leaves Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, local media reported on Tuesday. If confirmed, it would be the latest high-profile transfer to the Japanese league, after Spanish World Cup winner Andres Iniesta and German striker Lukas Podolski joined Vissel Kobe.
PSG sign Argentina midfielder Paredes from Zenit
Big-spending Paris Saint-Germain have signed Argentina midfielder Leandro Paredes from Zenit St Petersburg on a four-and-a-half year deal, the French Ligue 1 club announced on Tuesday. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed but French media had reported earlier that PSG would pay 45m euros for the 24-year-old, who has been capped nine times by Argentina.

Juventus defender Benatia joins Qatari club Al-Duhail
Moroccan centre-back Medhi Benatia has left Italian giants Juventus for Qatar's Al-Duhail in a deal worth up to 10 m euros, the Serie A club announced on Monday. Juventus said in a statement that Al-Duhail will pay eight million euros in two instalments for Benatia as well as a further two million euros in bonuses. The defender made 59 appearances for Juventus since arriving in 2016, winning two Serie A and domestic cup titles and the Italian Super Cup.
Barcelona want new Alba deal
Barcelona are hoping to tie Jordi Alba down to a new five-year contract while also extending Ernesto Valverde’s stay at Camp Nou, claims club president Josep Maria Bartomeu. Valderde's current deal is due to expire at the end of the season, while Alba has attracted interest from Manchester United and Juventus.

Interest building in Mata
Several clubs in England and across Europe are monitoring Juan Mata's situation at Manchester United, claims BBC Sport. The Spain international midfielder is due to be out of contract in the summer, although the door has not been closed on fresh terms being agreed at Old Trafford.
