The committee chaired by Abdul Muyeed Chowdhury, rejected Abahani striker Nabib Newaj Jibon’s appeal for his two-match ban.
Jibon however, already served his suspension through Abahani’s two group-round matches in the Independence Cup, and will be available for selection for their quarter-final against Saif Sporting Club Thursday.
Earlier, Abahani and Bashundhara players got engaged in a fight during the final of the Federation Cup last month that saw two players from each side receive straight red cards.
