Fulham goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli has received a surprise England call-up, bolstering the options in goal alongside Jordan Pickford, Jack Butland and Alex McCarthy.
The 26-year-old Bettinelli was part of the under-21 set-up when England boss Gareth Southgate was in charge and played at the European Championships with them in 2015.
England are already without Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling, who pulled out of the squad with a back problem.
