Thakurgaon and Tangail progressed to the final of the JFA U-14 Women’s Football Championship after winning their respective semi-finals Sunday at Bir Sreshtha Shaheed Sipahi Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Kamalapur Stadium in Dhaka. Thakurgaon beat Khulna 3-0 in the first semi-final, Kolpona leading the way with a brace. Israt Jahan bagged the other goal.
In the second semi-final, Tangail thrashed Rangpur 5-0 with Rehana notching a brace. Unnoti Khatun, Ratna and Afaija scored one apiece.
