Bangladesh U-15 girls face Malaysia U-15 Friday

Bangladesh U-15 women's team are cautious but determined to kick off their Jockey CGI Youth Football Tournament 2018 campaign on a winning note when they take on Malaysia U-15 side in the inaugural game of the competition in Hong Kong Friday. The Bengal girls had their first practice session amid sunny conditions after arriving in Hong Kong Thursday for the four-nation tournament and are all set to face their opening match opponent at Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground.

National women's team head coach Golam Rabbani Choton said, "We are all very serious about our first game. We will give 100% effort and want to start the tournament with a win." Defender Akhi Khatun said, "We are very careful about our first match. We are ready and determined to put on a good result for the country." Bangladesh girls will play their second game against Iran Saturday before facing host Hong Kong the next day.
