Bangladesh will encounter Malaysia in a Fifa international football friendly in Kuala Lumpur on August 29 ahead of the forthcoming 2018 Fifa World Cup second round qualifiers. Following the friendly, the men in red and green will fly down under to face Asian Cup champions Australia in Perth on September 3.
“The top-flight is currently ongoing while Sheikh Jamal will be busy with the AFC Cup 2016 play-off qualifiers in August. It is really difficult to find gap for the practice matches. That is why Bangladesh will play a friendly in Malaysia before flying to Australia,” said BFF general secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag yesterday.
