Morkel picked up two wickets while Duminy claimed one.
Earlier, the proteas were packed for 341/6 in 50 overs.
Duminy, Behardien pushed the team in final overs to past 300 runs. Behardien scored 64 runs off 31 balls.
Kamran Shazad sent de Villiers back to pavellion for 99 runs.
Mohammad Naveed picked up three while Amjad Javed and Mohammad Tauqir claimed one wicket each.
