England coach Bayliss misses start of Bangladesh tour following visa hitch

England will start the tour to Bangladesh without head coach Trevor Bayliss who has been delayed in Australia due to a hitch with his visa. The England team have arrived in Dhaka on Friday night to begin a one month tour but Bayliss is not expected to arrive until the end of the weekend. England’s only warm-up match is on Monday. They are expected to net for the first time on Sunday and will arrive on Friday to be greeted by the highest level of security ever provided for a cricket team in this country. Andrew Strauss, the team director, is leading the touring party with the ECB’s senior executives in support of the team, having given the tour the go ahead in August. More to follow...
