Bangladeshi women clinched a super victory against Sri Lanka at the World T20 cricket at Sylhet stadium on Tuesday.
Bangladesh compiled 115 runs on the board from stipulated 20 overs having won the toss. Tight bowling and energetic fielding of the Tigress were good enough to restrict the Lankan women for just 112 runs and snatched the nail biter.
Bangladeshi pacer Panna Ghosh picked up three wickets for just 18 runs from 4 overs, while captain Salma conceded just 14 from her 4 overs.
Earlier, a quickfire 41 of Rumana helped the team securing a respectable score of 115.
