Bangladesh women's team picked up their maiden ODI series win against Pakistan at Cox’s Bazar’s Sheikh Kamal International Stadium on Thursday.
Bangladesh won by 3 wickets in the second ODI against the touring Pakistan Women in the seaside venue.
Winning the toss, Pakistan captain Sana Mir chose to bat first and made a total of 87 runs all out in 46.1 overs.
Bangladesh’s Shohaly Akther took three wickets, while Syeda Fatima Abidi topped among Pakistan side scoring 28.
Chasing the run, Bangladesh reached the victory at 34.5 overs losing seven wickets.
Opener Ayesha Rahman scored highest 29 in Bangladesh innings.
Sana Mir, who took four wickets besides scoring 18, was adjudged the player of the Match.
