Visitors New Zealand will tour Bangladesh this year in two phases.
The itinerary announced by the Bangladesh Cricket Board Thursday revealed the details of the Kiwis’ visit in September for a three-match one-day international series and in November for two Test matches.
Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium is set to host all three matches of the ODI series that is being considered as a tune-up for the two sides ahead of the upcoming World Cup, slated to be held in India in October-November this year.
The three ODIs will take place at the home of cricket in Mirpur on September 21, 23 and 26.
Former Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal is being expected to make a return to action through this series.
A lower-back injury has put Tamim out of the Asia Cup, scheduled to begin later this month.
New Zealand will return to Bangladesh on November 21 to play two Tests, the first of which starts from November 28 while the second is set to get underway on December 6.
The venues of the two Test are however, yet to be confirmed.
