Bangladesh women's cricket emerging side made it through to the final of the ongoing Asian Cricket Council Emerging Teams Cup 2023.
Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by six runs in a rain-curtailed second semi-final at Mong Kok Cricket Stadium in Hong Kong Tuesday.
The match found a result on the reserve day but was still hampered by rain.
The game was reduced to nine-over-per-side in which batting first after winning the toss, Bangladesh posted 59 runs losing seven wickets.
The Tigresses suffered a batting collapse which saw them six down for 16 runs in 3.4 overs.

Rabeya Khan batting at No 7 scored 10 runs while Nahida Akter at No 8 added 21 off 16 deliveries laced with three boundaries and one over boundary.
Chasing the target, Pakistan needed 13 off the last over which left-arm spinner Sanjida Akter defended giving away just six runs.
Pakistan were restricted to 53 for four.

Leg-spinner Rabeya bagged a couple of scalps while Nahida and Marufa Akter picked a wicket apiece.
Opener Eyman Fatima top-scored for Pakistan with 18 off 15 deliveries.
Bangladesh in the grand finale will take on India Wednesday at the same venue.
The first semi-final between India and Sri Lanka was abandoned without a ball bowled and India advanced to the final backed by a superior net run rate to the opposition.
