The BCB has declared the new salary structure and match fees which will be applicable from the year 2017. According to the latest figures, the BCB has increased the salary of 16 cricketers by 60%.
The Grade A+ cricketers will withdraw a monthly salary of Tk4,00,000 while the Grade A player will receive Tk3,00,000. Grade B cricketers will get Tk2,00,000 while Grade C players will pocket Tk1,50,000. The Grade D cricketers will withdraw Tk1,00,000.
The captains in the three formats of the game will receive an additional Tk20,000 per month while the vice-captains will be given an extra Tk10,000 on top of their respective salaries.
