Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib al Hasan rose five places to 32nd in the T20I batsmen’s ranking following their tri-nation T20I series against Afghanistan and Zimbabwe.

Shakib scored a total of 96 runs in the just-concluded tri-series, which ended in disappointing circumstances as the final was washed out to rain.

With the ball, the Bangladesh T20I captain took four wickets in the tri-series and dropped down one place to eighth in the bowlers’ ranking.

Meanwhile in the all-rounders’ ranking, Shakib retained second position with a rating of 355, behind Australia’s Glenn Maxwell.

Mahmudullah though dropped down to fifth from fourth in the all-rounders’ ranking.
