Australia posted a big total of 381 runs losing five wickets in their stipulated 50 overs after electing to bat first against Bangladesh in their World Cup group stage game.
It was a batting pitch at Trent Bridge and Australia openers Aaron Finch and David Warner formed a solid partnership to lay the foundation for a huge score.
Bangladesh captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza used all his front-line bowlers to break the opening stand, including himself, but was unable to take the desired breakthrough.
Mashrafe brought Soumya Sarkar, who is a part-time medium-pacer, in the 21st over and Soumya did the job for the team.
Soumya took the wicket of in-form Australia skipper Finch, who was looking dangerous, having scored 53 off 50 deliveries.

It was a length ball from Soumya in the fifth delivery and Finch was eventually caught in the short third-man region by Rubel Hossain.
Surprisingly, Soumya was the best Bangladesh bowler on the day and he took two more wickets in the slog overs.
Centurion Warner (166) and Usman Khawaja (89) lost their wickets against the gentle medium pace of Soumya.
Soumya finished the day with bowling figure of 3/58 in his 8 overs, which is his career-best in ODIs.
