All-rounder Farhad Reza has been included in the Bangladesh squad for the tri-nation ODI series in Ireland as the 18th member.
Chief BCB selector Minhajul Abedin Nannu confirmed this to local news portal Jagonews24.com Saturday night.
Minhajul also said they are mulling selecting either one of pacemen Taskin Ahmed or Shafiul Islam for the tri-series against host Ireland and the West Indies.
Taskin and Shafiul will learn their fate Sunday following the board meeting.
The chief BCB selector said the decision to pick Farhad and either one of Taskin and Shafiul was taken, bearing in mind the injuries of pace bowlers Rubel Hossain and Mustafizur Rahman.
