Batsman Sabbir Rahman and pacer Taskin Ahmed is back in the national-fold as Bangladesh have announced a 15-member ODI squad for the forthcoming series in New Zealand.
The squad for the three-match series, which will start of 13th February at Napier, was announced at a press conference in Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.
Sabbir Rahman, who last played an ODI match back in July last year during their Caribbean tour, was suspended for six months due to disciplinary issues in Septemper. His ban was supposed to be lifted on February 28 but the BCB have informed that it was reduced by a month so that he could participate in the upcoming series.

On the other hand, Taskin, who has been impressive in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League, played his last ODI in South Africa back in 2017.
Uncapped Nayeem Hasan, who made an impressive Test debut against West Indies on last month, is also included in the squad.
The second and third matches of the series will be played on 16th and 20th February at Christchurch and Dunedin respectively.
