Only two Bangladesh cricketers – Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah - made their way to the final players’ list of the upcoming season of the IPL T20.
Mushfiq and Mahmudullah will both have a base price of Indian Rupees 50lakhs in the auction, scheduled to be held Tuesday in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
As many as 1,003 cricketers were included in the initial list, but the final list was decreased down to 346 for the 12th edition of the tournament.
There will be as many as nine @BCBtigers players in the @IPL T20 auction, scheduled to be held on December 18 this year, but left-arm pacer @Mustafiz90 will not be one of them.https://t.co/TowzPbwVcO#MUSTAFIZURRAHMAN #MUSTAFIZUR #RAHMAN #FIZZ #THEFIZZ #BCBTIGERS #BCB #TIGERS

The initial list included seven Bangladesh cricketers – Tamim Iqbal, Nayeem Hasan, Soumya Sarkar, Sabbir Rahman, Imrul Kayes, Liton Das and Abu Haider - who failed to make the final list.
The only Bangladeshi who is assured of participation in the forthcoming tournament is Shakib al Hasan, who was retained by Sunrisers Hyderabad.
On the other hand, Mustafizur Rahman, formerly at Sunrisers and Mumbai Indians, was not included in the initial after the BCB declined to give him the No Objection Certificate, citing his fitness and the World Cup next year.
