Bangladesh A completed a memorable tour of Ireland as they clinched the three-match T20 series 2-1 following their six-wicket victory in the third and final game in Dublin Friday.
Chasing 184 runs in 18 overs due to rain interruption, the visiting side reached their destination in 16.5 overs, opener Mohammad Mithun top-scoring with a brilliant 39-ball 80, featuring half a dozen sixes and seven fours.
He was ably supported by captain Soumya Sarkar, who made a 30-ball 47, including a couple of boundaries and four sixers. The opening wicket pair of Mithun and Soumya put on 117 to give Bangladesh A a solid platform.

Earlier, batting first, Ireland A posted 183 losing five wickets in their 18 overs, No 3 batsman William Porterfield scoring the highest 78 for his side. Porterfield faced 39 balls in his innings and struck a dozen fours.
Middle-order batsmam Simi Singh was not out on a 41-ball 67 with seven boundaries and a couple of over boundaries.
Saifuddin picked up four wickets for Bangladesh A.
The tourist earlier took a 1-0 lead with a four-wicket win in the first T20 before the home side made it 1-1 with a 51-run victory (Duckworth/Lewis method) in the second match.
