“After Razzak bhai, Sunny bhai performed well. Unfortunately he is unavailable due to bowling action. Now I have got the chance. I will try my best to perform well and give good support to Shakib bhai,” said Sanjamul. “It’s important to perform in the domestic league. We have a good competitive domestic league. The more matches you play, the more confidence you can gain. Definitely, performing there gives more confidence to a player. “Spin bowling coach Sunil Joshi also guided me in practice. I am working with him as to how I can bowl to different types of batsmen and in different conditions,” he added. Sanjamul made his international debut against Ireland in Dublin in May, 2017. However, the spinner informed that he has learned quite a few things during his national team journey and that he now wants to prove himself in favourable condition. “I think I did not get any chance after playing one match there due to condition. By this time, I have tried to learn a lot. Now I have got my chance, and I want to apply that to get success in home condition. My target is to perform regularly and become a consistent cricketer in the team,” he explained. “I am still leaning. There were some tactical problems. I have worked hard to overcome those. There is a huge difference between seeing international cricket on TV and playing it. So I am trying to learn those,” he concluded.
