Sri Lanka's Navindu hits seven sixes in an over

Young Sri Lanka cricketer Navindu Pohasara created an unique feat Saturday when he smashed seven sixes in over. The right-handed batsman, coming in at No 3 for FOG, eventually finished on 109 runs off 87 balls against Dharmapala Qottawa during the final of the local U-15 Goodness Cup. FOG, batting first, posted 283 for the loss of seven wickets in 36 overs, riding on Navindu's century.Navindu became an instant hit on social media after blasting seven sixes in an over with one of those sixers coming off a no ball. He was duly adjudged player of the match after his side won the final. Navindu received the player of the final award from Sri Lanka legend Muttiah Muralidaran, who heaped praise on the young cricketer and wished him success for his future.
