Injured Mustafizur ruled out of South Africa ODI series

Bangladesh paceman Mustafizur Rahman has been ruled of the remainder of the ODI series against South Africa, informed captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza at the post-match conference at De Beers Diamond Oval Sunday. Chances of Mustafizur taking part in the T20I series against the Proteas are also less.

The left-arm pacer got injured while warming up on Saturday, on the eve of the first ODI. “Mustafizur is probably out of the ODI series from the time he got hurt [Saturday]. Probably he is ruled out from the T20Is as well. As far as I know, he is out from the ODI series, along with T20I series. It will be officially informed to the media later,” said Mashrafe.
