Bangladesh captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza is hopeful of playing good cricket in the upcoming Bangladesh-India Asia Cup Twenty20 final match.
“We have been playing good cricket recently and we would like to continue the way we have been playing,” said Mashrafe.
“We are looking forward to it and hopefully we'll give our best.”
Bangladesh captain also said team combination for the final match is final.
“We always draw up our team after assessing the opposition and condition. We'll treat the final in the same way. Hopefully we can give a good account of ourselves.”
When asked - is the Asia Cup 2016 final the greatest game Bangladesh have ever been involved in?- Mashrafe said: “I believe the 2015 quarter-final against India was our greatest. But this is also a big game for us. We will give our best and see what happens.”
He said the crowd will obviously be there to support us in numbers.
The Asia Cup Twenty20 final match is scheduled to be held on Sunday at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur in Dhaka.
