Tigers set 308-run target for India

Bangladesh have set a 308-run target for visiting India in their first ODI match against India at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.

Tigers were all out for 307 runs in 49.4 overs.

MM Sharma dismissed Mashrafe for 21 and Taskin was caught by Kohli from Kumar's ball.

Yadav took the wickets of Shakib (52) and Nasir (34).

Jadeja broke the strong stand of Shakib Al Hasan and Sabbir Rahman. Sabbir was out at 41.

The Shakib-Sabbir stand helped Tigers to recover from the mid-innings fall.

Tigers were under pressure after Ashwin took three quick wickets of Mushfiqur, Liton and Tamim.

The play, which was interrupted by rain, resumed at 5:10pm Thursday.

Soumya Sarkar was run out by Suresh Raina at 54.

Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat first.

Earlier, the one-off Test between Bangladesh and India was drawn at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah.

Bangladesh and India has so far met 29 times in one-day international, out of which India won 25 matches, Bangladesh came to win in 3 matches and the other match was unsolved.
