Celebrity couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor became parents to a baby girl today at HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai.
According to Hindustan Times, Ranbir Kapoor's sister Hriddhima Kapoor confirmed the news.
Alia was admitted to the hospital this morning. Ranbir has taken a break from work to be with her. Family members of the couple rushed to the hospital as well. “Waiting for a new sunrise,” Alia's father Mahesh Bhatt expressed his fellings in the hospital.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot on April 14 this year after over five years of dating. The couple got married in traditional Punjabi customs and the wedding ceremony took place at Vastu in Pali Hills, Mumbai. This marriage was conducted in a very simple and at-home setting.
Alia Bhatt, daughter of producer Mahesh Bhatt made her film debut in 2012 with “Student of the Year.” She did not need to look back since then.
