Spotify announced on Monday that they will be launching in over 80 new markets in the coming weeks. The announcement was made by Spotify founder and CEO Daniel Ek during Spotify Stream On live streaming event.
In a Tweet from the official twitter account of the streaming giant, Spotify wrote: "See you soon Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nigeria."

Ek also echoed the Tweet, writing: "Audio has no barriers. We’re bringing Spotify to 80+ new markets in the coming weeks & adding 36 languages to our platform. #SpotifyStreamOn"

The streaming service had opened a verified Facebook page called Spotify Bangladesh last year, teasing its imminent entry to this market.
The Facebook page also wrote: "Check it out, a new way to discover and play music is coming your way."
Spotify is a Swedish company, which started in 2008. It is currently the world's largest music streaming service with 345 million users in 95 countries.
