Popular singer and composer Habib Wahid has recently tied the knot for the third time and announced the news in a Facebook post.
“Dear fans, I want to share with you all a very sudden development in my personal life. Recently, I got married and my wife’s name is Afsana Chowdhury (Shifa),” the singer wrote.
Fans rushed to congratulate the newly-weds and wish them a long and happy married life.
“As you all know that the whole world is currently going through very bad times due to the global pandemic which is why this event was kept very private,” Habib explained to his followers.
Habib got married to Lubyana in 2003, which ended in a divorce by the end of the year. In 2011, he tied the knot with Rehana Chowdhury. The marriage lasted till January 2017. Together the couple has a son named Alim, who was born in 2012.
Habib, son of iconic pop singer Ferdous Wahid, studied music and audio engineering in England. He bagged the National Film Award for Best Music Director for the 2011 film Projapoti.
