Anushka Sharma is about to change her girl next door image by revealing a side that has thus far been unseen. The actress just shared the first look for her next venture Pari and fans almost didn’t recognize her in the new look.
In her upcoming film Pari, Anushka will be seen pairing up with Bengali actor Parambrata Chatterjee. With the first look, the makers of Pari announced that the shoot of the film begins today. “#Pari first look. Shoot begins now. Hats off to the queen,” Anushka wrote on Twitter.
Parambrata Chatterjee’s first Bollywood film was 2012’s Kahaani, where he starred alongside Vidya Balan. Pari is directed by debutant director Prosit Roy and will be shot in Mumbai and Kolkata. Other than starring in the film, Anushka Sharma is co-producing it too.
