Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have announced that they are expecting a second baby. In a joint statement, the couple shared: “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family!! Thank you to all our well-wishers for all their love and support.”

Kareena had begun shooting alongside Aamir Khan in the Bollywood remake of Forest Gump- Laal Singh Chaddha. The shooting had to be halted indefinitely when the coronavirus pandemic broke out. The film’s theatrical release was postponed from Christmas 2020 to Christmas 2021.

Kareena and Saif tied the knot on 2012 and became parents to Taimur Ali Khan in December 20, 2016. Saif has two children from his previous marriage to Amrita Singh- Sarah Ali Khan, 25 and Ibrahim Ali Khan, 19.
