Actor Nicole Kidman and her husband, country singer Keith Urban, joined the list of celebrities donating funds to help firefighters in Australia, as the country continues battling massive bushfires.
The couple took to instagram and wrote: “Our family’s support, thoughts, and prayers are with everyone affected by the fires all over Australia.
“We are donating $500,000 to the Rural Fire Services who are all doing and giving so much right now.”
Kidman and Urban, native Australians who own a farmhouse outside Sydney, shared a link to a local fire services website, where anyone can make donations.
Another Australian actor, Hugh Jackman, also announced on social media that he is supporting Australian organizations raising money to help fire-fighters.
