Shap Ludu to hit Australian theatres

The film, starring Bidya Sinha Saha Mim and Arifin Shuvoo, in the lead roles will also be screened in theatres across Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, and Adelaide

Golam Sohrab Dodul’s debut action-thriller film Shap Ludu will hit Australian theatres from October 12, according to a recent press statement. The film will be screened at Sydney’s Whites Bankstown theatre.

The film, starring Bidya Sinha Saha Mim and Arifin Shuvoo, in the lead roles will also be screened in theatres across Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, and Adelaide.

Eagle Entertainment, Swades Entertainment, The Look, and Crazy Tickets are jointly distributing the film in Australia. 

Australian viewers can purchase tickets for the film from Crazy Ticket’s official website.

Shap Ludu was released in 42 theatres across Bangladesh on Friday. The film, produced by RTV and Bengal Multimedia, has already received audience appraisal.

It also stars Zahid Hasan, Shatabdi Wadud, Tariq Anam Khan, Salauddin Lavlu and many others playing the central characters. 

One of the songs from the film, Kichu Shwapno, released on RTV Music’s official YouTube channel a few weeks ago, has already attracted audience attention. Singers Hridoy Khan and Sabrina Porshi lent their voices to the song penned by Md Razu Ahmed. The video features actors Shuvoo and Mim and scenes from the film.

The action thriller has been shot in Dhaka, Manikganj, Gazipur, Teknaf, Lama, Bandarban, and a few other places in Bangladesh.
