Channel-i, a private sattelite TV station, has arranged a set of special programs on Monday, April 3 in order to observe the National Film Day. The special shows on the day will commence with a special episode of Gaane Gaane Shokal Shuru at 7:30am which will feature artists from the channel’s talent hunt shows, Shera Kontho and Khude Gaanraj.
Anchored by Arun Chowdhury, a program titled Bishesh 25 Minute: Mukh O Mukhosh will be aired at 11:05am, followed by a talk show titled, Pathak Shamabesh Boi Porichiti at 12:30pm.
Then, a special episode of Taroka Kathon will be aired live at 12:35pm which will feature the likes of Ilias Kanchan, Himi and Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar. Ananya Ruma is the producer of the show.
Ebong Cinemar Gaan, a musical show that promotes film songs, will be aired at 1:05pm followed by an airing of Morshedul Islam’s film, Duratta at 2:40pm.
Three Dhallywood actresses, Misti Jannat, Tania Ritu and Amrita Khan will also been seen in a talk show, Tara Jhilmil which will be aired at 5:30pm. Later, renowned film actor Alamgir will talk with Shafiuzzaman Khan Lodi in a another talk show to be aired at 6pm.
