Pranutan: the Bollywood legacy continues

Here comes yet another star kid who seems to have the right credentials to make it big in Bollywood. She is Pranutan Bahl, granddaughter of Nutan, one of the most popular actors  of 1960s and 1970s Indian cinema. Pranutan, daughter of actor Mohnish Bahl, has taken the Internet by storm with her elegant and beautiful pictures. The 24-year-old came under the public eye after she shared some of her lovely pictures on her social media account. Pranutan was previously approached for films via her father, but she didn’t commit to them because she wanted to finish her studies first. The young lady has a degree in law and is currently pursuing her Masters at Mumbai University but is open to acting in films. “My father and I just shared a few pictures on Facebook and that got all the attention. It’s wonderful when you get so much love from people. I’m happy they’ve commented how I look like my father and grandmother. It’s evident that I’ve taken to my paternal side,” Pranutan said. She added: “I loved my grandmother in [films such as] Sujata (1959), Bandini (1963) and Saudagar (1973). And my father was fabulous in Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) on the big screen, and in the TV show, Devi (2002-2004).”
