Among the new actors of the TV industry, Snigdha Momin, is quite ahead of her contemporaries in terms of popularity. After acting in several hit TV dramas, Snigdha will be next seen in “Ghar Palano Mea,” which will be telecast on SATV on January 11 at 9pm.
Snigdha will portray a character named Tithi, whose marriage has been arranged by her father. Tithi is yet to see her new groom, and is very frightened at the prospect of marriage. She fears that her life will change permanently after marriage, which leads her to run away from home.
Tithi’s plan is to stay away from her house on the day of the marriage, and return later to seek forgiveness from her father. The night she spends away from home becomes very eventful, with Tithi’s beauty attracting shady characters of the streets.
However, a mysterious “good Samaritan” comes to her rescue and convinces her to go back home. After Tithi returns, she feels she misses the stranger who had helped her the previous night. A lot of drama ensues in her marriage because of her conflicted emotions.
The screenplay for “Ghar Palano Mea” was written by Sraboni Ferdous. Aside from Snigdha, the TV drama will also star Niloy Alamgir, Azam Khan, Rasheda Chowdhury, and many others.
